Our take on a Winter classic. We've given the traditional Minestrone a little makeover with Cavalo Nero, zucchini, blistered butter beans, Italian cherry and roma tomatoes and a touch of cream, brought together with bronze drawn paccheri pasta. We'll supply a piece of Pecorino Romano for you to grate on top of your top, and a wedge of crusty malted sourdough and cultured butter to complete your meal.

Tuscan Minestrone
Pecorino Romano to top
Mission sourdough 
French butter

Minimal prep is required - the soup is ready to reheat on the stove or in the microwave. 

The soup contains dairy and gluten. Suitable for vegetarians. 

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 10pm, unless sold out prior. We're open till 5pm on Fridays throughout Winter.

Kits will be available for IN STORE COLLECTION on Friday 4 July. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
