Strangozzi Pasta

Strangozzi is thin ribbon pasta typical of the Umbria region of Italy.  The name is translates loosely to 'long shoe laces', and the pasta can be used similarly to Spaghetti or Lingue. Serve with a meat or tomato sauce, or toss with olive oil, sea salt and lashings of finely chopped pasta.

We also love this paired with Tetsuya's Black Truffle Salsa mixed through Pepe Saya Butter.
