Our jams are cooked quickly and in small batches to retain the true flavour of the fruit. Australian apricots plus the subtle flavour and texture of almonds make this jam a perfect lining for a tart case or simply enjoy on your favourite sourdough with salted butter!

Cunliffe & Waters jams contain only the fruit on the label and we add freshly squeezed lemon juice to help set the fruit and give our jams a lovely tart finish.
