A Friday Night favourite. Inspired by our favourite Thai takeaway, ready for you to recreate at home. (We lay no claim to authenticity here, but are pretty confident with our take). We'll handle all the prep, so all you'll need to do is reheat the broth and stir through the remaining ingredients.

The Laksa Kit includes:
Renee's Signature Coconut & Lemongrass Broth 
Fresh Veg, prepared and ready to add the broth
(Asian Greens, Zucchini & Broccoli)
Egg Noodles
Bamboo Shoots, Snow Pea Sprouts and Fried Shallots to finish
Prawns, Mussels & White Fish*

*You can order without the seafood, however please note the broth contains shrimp paste. This kit is dairy free. Gluten free noodles can be supplied on request. Please contact us to accomodate for preferences.

Moderate prep required - reheat the prepared broth and once hot, add the vegetables and noodles and seafood. You'll just need one pot and it will be ready to serve in 15 minutes. 

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 5pm, unless sold out prior. We'll open a little later on Friday night, until 6pm, to give you a chance to collect on your way home. 

AVAILABILITY:
Kits will be available for IN STORE COLLECTION only on Friday 1st September. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
