FRIDAY 20 June
A traditional Maltese soup recipe that has been passed down through my family. A hearty vegetable soup with nourishing winter vegetables, borlotti beans, San Marzano tomatoes and broth, finished with free range eggs and locally handmade Gbejniet cheese from our friends at Gowrie Farm. Enjoy with Ricotta Pastizzi.

Serves 1 | $30
Minimal prep required - the soup is prepared, simply reheat in a saucepan and add the egg and cheese once hot. Bake the pastizzi in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes or air fry until golden brown.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 10pm, unless sold out prior. We'll open late on Friday night, until 6pm, to give you a chance to collect on your way home.

Kits will be available for IN STORE COLLECTION only on Friday 20 June. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
