Binnorie Labna w Chilli and Rosemary

Fresh cow’s milk yoghurt is drained for 5 days and hand rolled before being placed in a marinade of fresh chilli, rosemary and garlic.

We love this in a Moroccan style cous cous salad, on toast with chilli and avocado, or stuffed inside mushrooms with pine nuts then popped in the oven for 20 minutes.
