BioOrto oils are organically grown, picked and cold pressed in Apulia, Italy, a region long renowned for its sprawling olive groves. The olives are produced in centuries old single origin groves, and pressed as single varieties to highlight the delicate flavours of each olive. 

Perenzana Olives are favoured for their ideal balance between bitterness and spiciness, a gentle fruitiness and low level of acidity, making it one of the most treasured extra-virgin olive oils. It has a full and captivating scent and gives off an aroma of unripe tomato and aromatic herbs.

Like fine wines, olive groves positioned in optimal conditions produce particularly excellent fruit. These olives are hand selected for the 'Grand Cru' bottles, meticulously harvested at early stages of the season, and pressed within 2-4 hours of picking to ensure optimal freshness. This careful process ensures a superior quality extra virgin olive oil.
