Spencer Cocoa is Australian-made bean-to-bar chocolate, produced by a team dedicated to quality and integrity.

Made from cocoa beans bought directly from families in Bougainville, then roasted and ground into beautiful, silky chocolate in Mudgee, NSW.

The white chocolate is made with 33% cocoa butter, Bundaberg raw sugar and Australian full cream milk powder. It's ultra creamy but not as sweet as a typical white chocolate.
