Sheridan’s Cheesemongers have developed a small range of hand- made Irish crackers using only a handful of local farmhouse ingredients, designed to perfectly complement cheese. These are made from unbleached wheat flour and butter from Bandon Cooperative, with a blend of linseeds, sesame and poppy seeds, and a pinch of sea salt. These crackers support a generous piece of cheese and are particularly well suited to full flavoured cheeses. Rich and buttery, they’re great on their own too. 

We also love these with a fresh curd and smoked salmon.
