Fluted Tart Shells (30)
Piping Bag w Whipped Ricotta Filling
Fresh Figs (3)/

Preparation:
Cut the figs into 10 thin wedges/slices each, to get a total of 30 portions of fig. Cut the tip off the piping bag on a slight angle, then pipe the filling into each shell. Top with a fig and serve immediately!
