WELCOME

We're delighted to invite you to join us for lunch and dinner as we return to a gentle service this year.

We offer just 24 seats on our charming verandah and 8 seats in our Dining Room.

Our small menus are carefully designed to highlight our top shelf cheeses, along with seasonal ingredients and homestyle cooking. Our Wine List features a broad selection of excellent bottles from Australia and abroad.

Our Lunch Menu is a short list of the things we love to eat. The menu changes weekly, guided by the seasons, and inspired by the cheeses and ingredients passing through the store. We'll typically prepare a soup and a salad each day, with occasional sandwiches, pastas or curries popping up on the menu from time to time.

We make everything fresh with a couple of pairs of hands in a tiny kitchen every day, so once things are gone, they’re gone. We don't currently offer a takeaway menu, but most of the ingredients we use are available on our shelves to purchase and recreate our dishes at home.

We welcome walk-ins at lunch time but reservations are recommended for groups of 4+ as space is limited.

Join us for Friday Night Dinner.

Each week, we curate a tasting menu with a focus on cheese and seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a series of small plates to share. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice only.

Leave navigating the wine list to us and opt for our wine pairing - we'll select three premium wines from our collection to complement your meal. Or, choose from our wine list or select a special bottle from our underground cellar.

We can accommodate one group of 8 guests in our dining room. Groups of 2-4 guests will be seated on the verandah.

WINE LIST

Our Wine List showcases a collection of our favourite bottles from Australia and abroad.

Our Short List features 20 bottles selected seasonally, available by the glass, carafe or bottle.

Our Cellar List features 180+ bottles from our underground cellar. The list is heavily dominated by Australian reds from the past 20 years, with a smattering of European influence. The majority of these bottles are singles only, so certain bottles will be struck. A new list will be published every six months.

Our Dining Room can be reserved for a single group of 8, otherwise is treated as a communal table.

Groups larger than 8 people can only be accommodated in a private event with exclusive use of the venue.

The Leftovers List

With our kitchen back in full swing, we occasionally have the odd serving of soup, salad or pasta left at the end of the day, as well as restaurant grade produce that may not have been used up. We prepare everything fresh every day, so to eliminate food waste we're introducing The Leftovers List. Sign up below and we will send SMS updates with offers when we have food available at the end of a service. First in, best fed.
