If you pay fees to us using a credit card, details of that credit card are only retained for the purpose of that particular transaction.
To whom will we disclose your information?
We do not normally disclose your personal information to anyone. If we intend to do so, we will contact you before we do. We do not disclose credit card details to anyone.
How can you check the information we hold?

We will allow your personal information only to be extracted and made available for viewing by you at the Epicure office (Note: This will not include any passwords or security relevant information).
What about our web site?
Epicure will take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely. We use sophisticated technologies to provide transaction security. Our secure server software encrypts your name and credit card details. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into code that is then securely transmitted over the Internet. Credit Card details are not permanently stored. The card number is stored until the order process has been finalised, after which time it is deleted from our system.
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
It is important for us that persons with whom we do business have confidence that we handle information responsibly and it is our policy to do this.
