Maison Charcuterie's house pâté is a dangerously buttery blend of chicken, duck and pancetta, sealed with a fortified wine jelly.

We recommend adding either a fresh baguette here if you are eating the pâté on the same day you are collecting the order, or a packet of Nigella Bark or Mini Lingue if you are keeping to enjoy later. Bread is best, but the crackers are a close second. A jar of cornichons would also not go astray, but we've chosen the Zucchini Pickles here for a little twist on the classic.

Pâté Ingredients | Free Range Chicken Livers (23%), Duck Livers, Free Range Pancetta, Butter, Free Range Eggs, Dry Sherry, Port, Madeira, Onion, Brandy, Garlic, Black Pepper, Spices, Salt, Curing Salt (Preservative 250), Gelatin.

Zucchini Pickle Ingredients: Zucchini, apple cider vinegar, sugar, onion, sea salt, mustard seed, turmeric, celery seeds, xantham gum.
