BAROSSA CHRISTMAS LEG HAM
[HALF - INCLUDED] OR [WHOLE +$110]
Sourced from Barossa Fine Foods, one of Australia's finest Christmas hams. Enjoy cold or score and brush with our Honey Citrus Glaze (included) and bake for about 45 minutes.
A half ham weighs approx. 5kg and a whole leg ham weights approx. 9-10kg. The photos show a baked ham prepared using the glaze and cloves which are supplied separately for you to DIY at home. If you choose not to bake the ham, it is ready to serve and enjoy cold. 

GLAZING KIT
Perfect your baked ham with this fantastic glaze made of Australian honey, citrus marmalade and spices. We also provide cloves and a fresh pastry brush. 

POACHER'S PANTRY CHESTNUT STUFFED TURKEY
A foolproof Turkey Roast from Poacher's Pantry, prepared and pre-cooked so you can simply heat and eat. Enjoy warm with Cranberry Relish, or cold as part of a Australian Christmas spread.

DUCK FAT POTATOES KIT
The ultimate Christmas side dish. You'll receive potatoes, rosemary salt and a tin of French Duck Fat along with a recipe card

SUMMER SLAW 
We'll supply all the ingredients for you to recreate our signature Summer Slaw at home. The salad is a fresh and delicious medley of apple, cabbage, carrot, fresh herbs, almonds, manchego and Renee's signature White Wine & Mustard Vinaigrette. Most of the prep is done, but you'll need to slice the apple fresh, grate the cheese, tear the herbs and toss through the vinaigrette so the salad is crisp and tasty when serving.

SIGNATURE CONDIMENTS COLLECTION
Nothing elevates a lunch quite like good quality condiments. We've selected two types of mustard; a top shelf Dijon and a classic Seeded, along with old-fashioned cranberry relish, a rich Christmas Chutney, finely sliced zucchini and a jar of Baby Cornichons. We've included full sized jars so you can go to town at lunch and still have plenty for expert-level leftovers toasties.

SONOMA EPI BAGUETTES, SOFT MILK BUNS & FRENCH BUTTER
No Christmas Lunch is complete without some warm rolls and butter. We've upgraded the old faithful dinner roll with stunning Sourdough Epi Baguettes, (also known as Pain d'Epi) which are hand shaped to resemble stalks of wheat. Each baguette is made up or 5-6 pull apart rolls, sprinkled with nigella and fennel seeds. We've also included 10 soft white milk rolls for family members who may not like sourdough. Finish it off with 250g of the most heavenly French butter, and that's lunch!

A simple and elegant yet incredibly delicious French Vanilla Financier cake topped with fresh thyme.

BLACKBERRY PAVLOVA KIT
Handmade meringue base, premium Tasmanian cream, fresh blackberries, blackberry coulis and micro herbs to finish. Simply whip the cream, adorn with lashings of coulis and fresh berries and serve. 

MS PEACOCK ALMOND BUTTERCRUNCH

SERVING GUIDE:
Every family celebrates Christmas differently so it's a little tricky to offer a one size fits all serving guide for this bundle. We'd suggest that this spread will generously serve 8-12 guests, anticipating leftover ham. If you are celebrating with a larger group, we recommend upgrading to the larger ham (+$100) and adding your own salads, seafood and desserts to round out the meal. The bundle is designed as a starting point for your Christmas Lunch that you can tailor to your own family and traditions. 

IN STORE COLLECTION
Ideally, you will collect your order in store on Christmas Eve so that items like the bread and cake are as fresh as possible. If you would like to collect earlier or arrange delivery, please get in touch to discuss. Delivery is not available on Christmas Eve but can be arranged for an additional fee earlier in the week. As this a large order, delivery via our normal courier is not an option but we can provide a quote for door-to-door delivery depending on your location. 

PAYMENT:
Pay upfront or pay in three monthly instalments. Please get in touch to organise a split payment. 

CUSTOMISATION:
You can customise this bundle by adding Optional Extras from our recommendations, or by adding extra items in store or online. Items from the core bundle cannot be removed, however some items are available to order individually.
