A cut above your average Mac & Cheese. For the 'mac', we've used small batch, slow extruded 'lumarche' pasta, made with durum wheat sustainable grown in NSW. For the cheese - only the best will do - we've used a-grade Swiss gruyere, emmental and a two year old English cheddar combined with Pepe Saya butter and lush St David's Dairy milk to create a decadent cheese sauce, seasoned with pink salt and a light dusting of cayenne pepper. We finish the dish with a parsley-butter-panko pangrattato, and a little sprinkle of parmesan for good measure. All you need to do is pop it in the oven to warm through and brown the top, and serve. Paired with garlic bread and salad, and a winter berry crumble for dessert.

White Wine pairing - Collector Wines Tiger Tiger Chardonnay +$40
Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermented and matured in French oak from cool climate Tumbarumba. A crisp, refined Chardonnay to clean up the richness of the meal.

Red Wine pairing - Mas de Libian Côtes du Rhône Bout d'Zan Rouge 2022 +$50
Delightful Grenache/Syrah blend from a small biodynamic producer. Bright and fun with enough acidity to cut through the fat in the meal.

Minimal prep is required - the mac & cheese, garlic bread and crumble require oven time but are all assembled ready to slide in, pull out and enjoy.

The meal contains gluten and dairy, onion and garlic.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 5pm, unless sold out prior. We're open late on Friday nights, so you can collect on your way home.
