Friday Night Nachos have been given a little upgrade with top-shelf trimmings. We'll handle the prep - all you have to do is assemble and pop under the grill before serving. This was our very first Friday Night Dinner bundle back in 2022 and it's back by popular demand. The portions are generous so this bundle could serve 2 adults with leftovers, or easily shared with the kids or a couple of friends.

The kit includes:
La Tortilleria Real Corn Tortilla Chips 200g
Oaxaca Cheese 220g; an authentic Mexican style stretched curd with a mellow flavour and elastic texture, perfect for melting
Choice of Pulled Pork or Vegetarian Bean Topping 
Pico de Gallo
Pickled Jalapeños
Quick Pickled Onion
Crème Frâiche
Salsa Piccante

PREP:
Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat. Gently heat the pork in the microwave. In a frying pan, empty the 'Harissa Butter Corn' container and place over a medium heat until the corn begins to char. Dress the salad with prepared dressing.  

Line a sheet pan with baking paper, then spread the chips evenly across. Top with the pork. Tear the Oaxaca cheese into rough strips and spread across the pan.  Place the pan under the grill until the cheese is melted and the chips are warm. Serve with pickled onion and jalapeños on top, and salsa, creme fraiche and Pico de Gallo on the table. 

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 6pm, unless sold out prior. We'll open a late on Friday night for pick up.

Kits will be available for IN STORE COLLECTION only on Friday 31st October. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
