This selection is designed as a tasting experience for two. The portions are small tasting portions, approx 50g each. The idea is to taste a wide selection of different varieties, learn about their history and compare and contrast their qualities. We will include detailed tasting notes that will offer insight into the history and terroir of these iconic styles.

The selection ranges from milky and mild to strong and smelly, so there will be something to suit everyone's palette. A comparative tasting is a great way to learn about your own preferences, and develop discerning tasting skills to take with you
