Our all time favourite cake with a subtle Christmas flair. The French Vanilla Financier is artfully made by Infinity Bakery - it's only gently sweet with a lush almond texture and the delicious aromas of burnt butter and real vanilla. 

We top them with powdered sugar and fresh lemon thyme for a minimalist festive finish, then cello wrap each cake with a satin ribbon, and Christmas gift tag.

The cakes will be available fresh every day in December with two days notice required for all orders. 

We love this as a gift to an office, to neighbours, or to the host of your Christmas feast. A lovely addition to the dessert table that will keep for a few days if not polished off. Excellent on its own, unforgettable with some vanilla ice cream.
