The ultimate Grandfather of Blues, a traditionally made English Stilton made with premium organic milk, starting with hand ladled curds gently set with animal rennet and carefully matured with expert attention. The wheels are 'rubbed up' by hand which results on a natural, crusty rind. The wheels are pierced and matured for about two months in humidity-controlled cellars, at which point they are deliciously moist and creamy with an almost falling-apart crumbly texture. The flavour is robust but never overwhelming, with a salty start and sweet finish. Unbeatable, really. |

Delivery |
We deliver cheese using insulated boxes sent via express post. We can deliver to metro areas in NSW, VIC & QLD. We cannot deliver to rural areas where express post takes multiple days to arrive, or to WA, SA, NT or TAS. We dispatch cold orders Tuesday-Thursday only.
