Our jams are cooked quickly and in small batches to retain the true flavour of the fruit.

The addition of cinnamon will make it a delicious ingredient in many festive treats such as pancakes, swirled through ice cream cake or spread generously on a sponge or pavlova.

Cunliffe & Waters jams contain only the fruit on the label and we add freshly squeezed lemon juice to help set the fruit and give our jams a lovely tart finish.
