No Christmas feast is complete without the potatoes. This kit serves 8-12 generously as a side dish. If you are serving any more than 20 people, you would definitely need 2 - any less and you can probably make it stretch.

Potatoes 2kg
French Duck Fat 200g
Semolina
Murray River Pink Salt Flakes
Fresh Rosemary

NB: This is a recipe kit and not a ready meal. Moderate prep is required, but the results are well worth the little bit of effort. You'll need to cut and par-boil the potatoes, then pop them in the oven for about an hour. Simple step-by-step instructions are provided.

You will need:
Large metal roasting tin - all the potatoes need to fit in a single layer or you'll compromise the crunch! 
Approx. one hour of oven time 
Large stock pot for boiling potatoes.
