No Christmas feast is complete without the potatoes. 

The kit includes:
French Duck Fat
Epicure Rosemary Salt
Recipe Card

You will need:
Potatoes - as many as your heart desires. We usually cook about 2kg in half the tin of duck fat (which can also be reused a couple of times). If you're feeding a crowd, you could cook at leat 5kg with the whole tin, but be sure to batch cook and don't overcrowd the pan or they wont get crispy.
