This week, we are cooking an Epicure favourite; our well-loved Cauliflower, Leek & Gruyere Soup teamed with ricotta pastizzi.

We've selected a fantastic, crisp and bright Riesling from a small batch producer in the Yarra Valley. The grapes are handpicked and carefully handled to produce a delightful and drinkable white with tight acid, good length and floral complexity. A great match for this rich and creamy soup.
Minimal prep required - reheat the soup either on the stove or in the microwave. Pastizzi can be cooked in the oven or air-fryer.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 5pm, unless sold out prior. We'll open a little later on Friday night, until 6pm, to give you a chance to collect on your way home.

Kits will be available for IN STORE COLLECTION only on Friday 21 June. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
