[Friday 12 July] Rigatoni alla Vodka

A dish made for Friday nights. We'll prepare a rich and satisfying sauce of San Marzano tomatoes, cream, butter and parmesan, and of course a splash of vodka, paired with small batch rigatoni. Simply heat both elements separately, then combine over heat to bring it all together.

The take home bundle includes:
Pasta alla Vodka Sauce, ready to heat
Rigatoni pasta
Parmesan to finish
Chilli oil
Garlic bread

Wine pairing - Babo Chianti +$35
A whole bunch fermenation Chianti from a small batch Italian producer. Think sour cherry tang combined with vibrant floral notes and dried-herb savouriness. Very drinkable with a full body that stands up to the full flavoured sauce.

Minimal prep is required - heat both the sauce and pasta seperately, then bring together in one pan over heat. Finish with lashings of freshly grated parmesan.

The meal contains gluten and dairy, onion and garlic.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 5pm, unless sold out prior. We're open late on Friday nights, so you can collect on your way home.

Kits will be available for IN STORE COLLECTION on Friday 12 July. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
