[Friday 2 August] Sweet Potato Coconut Curry Soup
After a very pasta-heavy July, we're taking inspiration from Asian flavours for Friday night takeaway in August.
First up, we've one of our house classics - Spiced Sweet Potato Coconut Curry Soup, paired with sourdough bread, cultured butter and - for the obligatory cheese element - ricotta pastizzi.
The take home bundle includes:
Sweet Potato, Coconut & Curry Soup approx. 650mL
Crispy Fried Shallots to top

Two Ricotta Pastizzi
Generously serves 1. Could be shared between 2 as a lighter meal or paired with a noodle or rice dish.
White Wine pairing - Collector Wines Tiger Tiger Chardonnay +$40
Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermented and matured in French oak from cool climate Tumbarumba. A crisp, refined Chardonnay to clean up the richness of the meal.
Minimal prep is required - simply reheat the soup (the container is microwave safe) and serve with bread and butter. The pastizzi can be cooked in an air-fryer for 10 minutes, or in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
The meal contains gluten and dairy, onion and garlic.
Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 5pm, unless sold out prior. We're open late on Friday nights, so you can collect on your way home.

Kits will be available for IN STORE COLLECTION on Friday 2 August. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
