Soft and creamy farmhouse feta made here in Camden. Made fresh in small batches each fortnight, with rich and creamy milk from happy cows that graze on fresh local pasture. Marinated in oil which preserves a delicate, sweet and tangy flavour profile. Delicious on toast with avocado or crumbled over soups and salads.

Or, mix with ricotta and spinach and fill Conchiglioni  pasta shells then tray-bake in a rich tomato sauce topped with grated cheddar and parmesan for the ultimate cheesy pasta bake!
