NOTE:
Please do not purchase if you cannot pick up in the above times. We are closed from 1-15 January so all Leftovers List orders MUST be collected by NYE. 

 

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Barossa roasts are pre-cooked and are suitable for eating chilled or may be reheated and served warm. They should come with their own reheating instructions on the packet. Generally, the reheating instructions would be as follows:

Remove the packaging. Place the roast in a baking dish with 1 cup of cold water, cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 160C for approximately 30 minutes per kg.

Check after this time and return to oven if not hot enough for an additional 15-20 minutes. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
