Our no-cook take on 'Fish & Chips'. We've teamed Taramasalata - a classic dip made from fish roe, olive oil, lemon juice, grated onions and bread - with sustainably farmed salmon roe from Yarra Valley Caviar. French Camembert Chips add a rich savoury element and crunchy vessel for serving. Perfect for a starter for your seafood feast on Good Friday, or a top tier snack at any point over the Easter long weekend.
The kit includes:
Yarra Valley Salmon Roe 50g (Value $40)
Taramasalata 200g
Camembert Potato Chips
Assembly:
Transfer the taramasalata to a small serving bowl, create a well in the centre with the back of a spoon, and fill with the salmon roe. Serve on a plate with chips surrounding the bowl in the centre. Scoop up the dip + roe with the chips - salty, creamy, ocean-y delight.
