A light, floral honey imbued with real shaved black truffle – truly the taste of Piedmont. The flavour is well balanced, with a delightful aromatic perfume coming from the truffle. A wonderful accompaniment for cheese platters, especially with creamy blue cheeses or hard cheeses such as Pecorino. It can also be used to enhance glazes and marinades for meats and baked vegetable dishes – always try to add at the end of cooking to protect the delicate flavours.
