Sonoma's classic Country White sourdough baguette is hand made over 5 hours and slow fermented overnight, baked golden with a crisp crust and open soft texture.
The delicious seeded version is a white leaven sourdough baguette made with honey & wholewheat, coated in caraway seeds, fennel seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds and linseeds. The perfect addition to your cheese plate or picnic. 

Every loaf of Sonoma sourdough contains freshly-milled sustainable flour, filtered water, sourdough starter and sea salt. It also contains passion, soul, hard work and integrity, fed with love by the bakers who make each one by hand.

We receive daily deliveries of freshly baked bread from Sonoma Bakery. Because sourdough slow ferments over 30 hours, we recommend placing your order 48 hours in advance.  Orders placed for the same day or next day can be accommodated but availability may not be guaranteed; we will contact you by phone if there are any issues.
