Produced with Bio Orto tomatoes, cultivated on the slopes of the Gargano, the Bio Orto Organic Tomato Passata is an organic product whose high quality is ensured by just the two natural ingredients of which it is made, tomato and salt, and a processing technique which relies on industrial craftsmanship. The tomatoes are harvested in the height of summer in July/August.

Ready-to-use and ideal for slow cooking, this passata, in addition to being free of preservatives and added sugars, thanks to the tomato, has one of the highest lycopene levels found in similar products, reaching a staggering 243 mg/kg. Lycopene, with its highly potent antioxidant properties, helps fight aging and contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
