Cultivated in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano and exclusively picked by hand, the artichokes are processed immediately after the harvest exactly to offer the best part of this vegetable with multiple beneficial qualities. The tender hearts, rich in nutrients and minerals, combined with the company's own organic extra virgin olive oil, which is blended with organic sunflower oil to prevent hard-setting in the fridge.
I can't resist eating them all straight from the jar; but you could also lightly fry them for a very tasty starter, toss them through a simple salad or mix with white beans and basil for a light summer side dish.
