Cunliffe & Waters Blackberry Jam

Made with Yarra Valley blackberries and cooked quickly in small batches, this is a rich, fruity jam with a lovely tart edge. Spoon it over scones with cream, stir it through yoghurt, or use it in a steamed pudding.
