Christmas Lunch is not complete without a warm crusty roll, and nothing makes a better centrepiece than this rustic country style batch wheel of sourdough rolls. When ordering for Christmas Lunch, these will be baked on Christmas Eve morning and can be eaten fresh or refreshed in the oven, sprinkled with a splash of water and then wrapped in foil. Five minutes will do the trick.
