Made to a traditional recipe with Australian Wagyu beef in the Barossa Valley. Australian Wagyu with a minimum marble score 4, traditionally cured and cold smoked. Fantastic on a toasted sandwich with horseradish mustard, vintage cheddar and bread and butter pickles.
