Conservas Ortiz was founded more than 100 years ago and is established in a small fishing village, Ondarroa, located in the North of Spain, on the Cantabrian Coast on the Bay of Biscay. Their products are internationally iconic, with an unmatched standard of quality and flavour.

ORTIZ ANCHOVIES
These line-caught and hand filleted anchovies are traditionally preserved in a-grade Spanish olive oil. If everyone's first experience of anchovies was a tin of these, they wouldn't get such a bad rap. A culinary delight; often served in high end restaurants straight from the tin. Enjoy on sourdough toast with grated tomato and some oil from the tin. 

ORTIZ SARDINES
These sardines have a cult following and are the go-to choice of chefs due to their quality, texture and flavour. Enjoy on savoury crackers with pickled red onion. 

ORTIZ TUNA
