Handcrafted in Thessaloniki, Greece. Alexander Mills is a family run business which has operated since 1977, producing exquisitely designed grinders from solid brass with a 1mm material thickness and a cast grinder that is designed for optimal grinding.

PEPPER MILL
The three-part cast iron grinding mechanism first guides the pepper down in to the mechanism, after which it is coarsely ground and then finely ground. Each mill is handmade to a high standard of quality and functionality. These mills are suitable for pepper and other dry spices but are not suitable for salt, which would cause damage to the internal mechanism. There is a subtle engraving of the word 'Pepper' on the mill. 

These handcrafted mills have been produced by a family-run company based in Thessaloniki (Northern Greece) since 1977.
