A barrel-aged vinegar is made from quality ingredients, like Trebbiano, Lambrusco Grasparossa and Ancellotta grape must. Aged in small timber barrels made of precious wood for 1-2 years followed by several decanting stages, to create nuanced flavour. Perfect for everyday use.
