High quality simple dried ready to cook pasta mix, perfect for seasoning pasta. Using finely sliced garlic, mixed with parsley, salt and chilli pepper. This product requires little preparation to create a tasty typical Italian dish. The chilli pepper gives it a delicate kick and the flavours blended together is the perfect combination.

Fry off in olive oil and mix with cooked pasta and pasta water for a simple garlic, chilli and olive oil pasta - my idea of heaven. I also use this as a flavour starter for soups, sauces and casseroles.
