Tasting Notes | A traditional cheese named from the small valley in the green wooded in Armance from which it hails. Soft, supple wheels of cheese are washed in Chablis as they are aged for about six weeks, imparting a light and fruity flavour. Complex but never overwhelming. |

When ordering online, sizes are approximate for cheeses cut from the wheel. As such, prices may differ slightly from purchasing in store. If the cheese you have ordered is not available or not in peak condition, our cheesemonger will be in touch to arrange a suitable substitute. Delivery |
We deliver cheese using insulated boxes sent via express post. We can deliver to metro areas in NSW, VIC & QLD. We cannot deliver to rural areas where express post takes multiple days to arrive, or to WA, SA, NT or TAS. We dispatch cold orders Tuesday-Thursday only.
