A truly excellent fruit chutney - great with ham, mustard, cheese and butter on toast. A staple in my everyday snacks, and a must have for Christmas ham.

Ingredients: Water, vinegar, brown sugar, apricots, prunes, dates, onion, ginger, salt, mustard seed, spices.
