Breramilano panforte is a traditional Italian speciality cake containing honey, fruit and nuts. Panforte is a Christmas treat which takes its origins from popular town in Siena, Tuscany. A small wedge should be served with coffee or dessert wine after a meal, though some enjoy it with their coffee at breakfast.
