Bright green and beautifully crunchy, these Nocellara del Belìce olives have a mild, nutty flavour. Produced in Castelvetrano, southwest Sicily, they carry a Protected Designation of Origin. Serve them with an aperitivo, or add them to a platter of cheese and salami.
