Cinco Jotas Jamón Ibérico de Bellota 100% | 70g

One of Spain’s most celebrated expressions of fine food, Cinco Jotas Jamón Ibérico de Bellota 100% is an exceptional cured ham from the legendary house of Cinco Jotas, whose tradition dates back to 1879 in Jabugo, Andalucía.

Made exclusively from 100% Iberian pigs, these animals are raised free-range and spend their time roaming the dehesa, the ancient oak-studded landscape of southwestern Spain. During the montanera season, they feed naturally on abundant acorns, or bellotas, along with wild grasses and other natural forage. This unique way of life is fundamental to the character of the finished ham, contributing to its distinctive marbling, silky texture and extraordinary depth of flavour.

The ham is traditionally cured and matured, allowing time to develop its remarkable balance of savoury intensity, gentle sweetness and lingering umami. Each wafer-thin slice has a soft, almost melt-in-the-mouth texture, with the delicate fat releasing its flavour as it warms on the palate.

This 70g individual pack is finely sliced and ready to serve, making it an effortless way to enjoy one of Spain's great gastronomic delicacies at home. Bring it to room temperature before serving so that the fat softens and the full aroma and flavour can develop.

Serve simply, arranged on a plate with good bread, or as part of an elegant Spanish-inspired spread alongside Manchego, olives, conservas and a glass of something cold. It needs very little accompaniment.
