[Friday 14 July] Pumpkin & Ricotta Cannelloni
FRIDAY 14th July
Sweet roasted pumpkin, currants and thyme mixed with creamy whole ricotta, hand rolled in fresh pasta sheets and baked in a rich tomato sugo. Finished with a little extra cheese for good measure! We'll do all the prep so it's ready to slide in to the oven and serve hot at home, with a side of our signature bitter leaf greens.

Signature Bitter Leaf Salad w White Wine Vinaigrette
Two Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta w Winter Berry Coulis
Serves two generously
Minimal prep is required - simply pop the tray in the oven for around 30 minutes or until warmed through and golden brown on top. Toss the salad in prepared dressing and serve. The Panna Cotta is ready to enjoy.

Contains dairy, gluten, onion and garlic. Suitable for vegetarians.
Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and to avoid missing out. Orders will close by Thursday 6pm, unless sold out prior. We'll open a little later on Friday night, until 6pm, to give you a chance to collect on your way home.

This item is available for IN STORE COLLECTION on Friday 14th July. Delivery is not available for this item. They will be sold prepared and ready to assemble so you can serve hot at home - best consumed within 1-2 days of pick up.
