A lighter and more delicate Balsamic Dressing made with white wine vinegar and grape must. Balsamic 'Dressings' are more balanced and less acidic then a concentrated vinegar, though White Balsamic is great for mixing up your own salad dressings where you'd like to avoid the dark colour of a traditional Balsamic spoiling the presentation of a delicate salad. I love this mixed with a little seeded mustard, honey and olive oil drizzled over butter lettuce.
