|Place of Origin||Bourgogne, France|
|Milk Type||Cow's Milk|
|Wine Pairing||Chardonnay or Pinot Noir (we like Freycinet Pinot Noir from Tasmania)|
|Tasting Notes||We insist everyone should try this cheese at least once in their lives. Delightfully decadent, incredibly full of flavour and really very smelly, these wheels of soft cheese have been washed frequently in Marc de Bourgogne to imbue a rich, meaty, earthy quality. Oh-so delicious with fresh, crusty bread and ham.|
