Fiorita is a deliciously soft & smooth 100% sheep’s milk cheese from Tuscany.

It has a rich, creamy flavour and hint of milky sweetness. The name translates to ‘to flower or bloom’, named for this style of cheese that develops a bloomy white mould rind during maturation, similar to Brie.

It is very mild, so great to share with the family, but also has a lovely savoury quality that makes it very moreish. 

Each small wheel weighs approx 300g and can be purchased as a whole or a half.
