A celebration of one of Sicily's greatest pasta dishes. Handmade rigatoni is tossed through a slow-cooked tomato sauce with roasted eggplant, garlic, basil and Parmigiano Reggiano, then finished with creamy burrata to create a comforting, generous meal that's full of Mediterranean flavour. Served with our fennel seed demi baguette, signature side salad and vanilla bean panna cotta.

Minimal preparation required — simply heat the pasta gently on the stovetop or in the microwave, top with the burrata, warm the baguette and serve alongside the salad.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and avoid missing out. Orders close Thursday 5pm unless sold out prior.
