Our Friday night pizzas are made with slow-fermented dough, hand-stretched to order and topped with thoughtfully sourced ingredients before being baked until crisp and blistered. Choose from four seasonal combinations, then finish the evening with our family-size tiramisu — made with espresso-soaked savoiardi, mascarpone and a generous dusting of cocoa.

This week's menu includes:

• Salami, Hot Honey & Stracciatella $24
• Blue Cheese, Prosciutto & Fig $24
• Italian Sausage, Potato & Taleggio $24
• Family Size Tiramisu $26 - Serves 2-4

Minimal preparation required — simply pop the pizza in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes until the base is crisp and the cheese is bubbling. Serve the tiramisu well chilled.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and avoid missing out. Orders close Thursday 5pm unless sold out prior.
