A nourishing winter favourite. Our Golden Lentil & Spinach Curry is gently simmered with coconut milk, fragrant spices and plenty of fresh spinach, served with saffron rice. A crisp bitter leaf salad with mustard vinaigrette brings freshness to the meal, before finishing with a comforting sticky date pudding and rich butterscotch sauce for dessert.

Minimal preparation required — simply warm the curry and rice, toss the salad with the dressing provided, and gently heat the sticky date pudding before pouring over the butterscotch sauce.

Pre-orders are essential to minimise food waste and avoid missing out. Orders close Thursday 5pm unless sold out prior.
